What steps do I need to take regarding my STACK account?

Here are the important steps you need to take:

• Reduce your balance: If you sign up for a new KOHO account, your STACK balance will be transferred within 48 hours. Otherwise, we suggest using your remaining balance for purchases, bill payments or withdrawals before September 11.
• Remove automatic bill payments: Update your payment methods for recurring bills or subscriptions before the STACK shutdown on September 11, 2023.
• Update direct deposits: Ensure to update your direct deposit info with your employer or the government.
• Funding disabled: After August 18, you won't be able to load funds onto your STACK card. 
• Close your account: If you have a $0 balance, you can self-serve your account closure by using this link to submit a form.
