If your Interac e-Transfer was sent with the correct information (ie. your email in the comments field) and was auto deposited, it will likely be processed within a few hours if sent during Care hours.
Interac e-Transfers that require a security question and answer take a more time to be processed and can take a little longer.
Although we are constantly trying to process everyone's Interac e-Transfer as soon as possible, there are some days we receive higher than normal volumes of transfers. During these times, we try our best to process all Interac e-Transfers within the same day, but it might take a little longer. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
