We have set-up STACK as a bill payee with some banks. In order to identify if your bank has us listed, simply try to add us as a bill payee just like you would add your hydro bill or cell phone provider. Search "STACK Fintech" under the payee list.
Once you've found that, your account number can be found from within the STACK app by tapping your profile picture and tapping Bank Payee. Your personal STACK account number will be listed and begins with "20...".
You can simply save Stack as a bill payee whenever you need to load your card. Please be advised that Bank payment loads can take 2-5 business days depending on the time the bank has sent out the payment.
NOTE: Funds must be sent from your own bank account in the same name as on your STACK card. Payments made by a 3rd party will not be accepted. If you have made a bank payment from an account not in your name please contact us at 1-877-782-2501.
