How do I close my account

To close your Stack account, we first recommend emptying your account by making a bill payment as it is the easiest way to transfer your full balance out. Alternatively, you can also use your funds to make a partial payment. We currently do not support e-transfers out.

Once your account balance is $0 please fill out this online form and we will complete your account closure.

Any funds remaining in the account will prevent the account from being closed automatically.
